Zhiwei Yang is a Partner at GSR Ventures, where he focuses on investments in internet, telecommunications, mobile, and payments. Prior to GSR Ventures, Zhiwei was involved in a number of start-ups and NASDAQ-listed companies, including China Netcom, where he was responsible for its growth strategy, new business introduction, and technology development; and AsiaInfo-Linkage, where he helped lead the company's successful IPO on NASDAQ. Zhiwei holds an EMBA degree from the Guanghua School of Management.
