Prior to GSR Ventures, Michelle was a Regional Operations Manager at Uber Eats, leading initiatives to improve marketplace reliability in the US & Canada as well as drive the growth of merchant partners across 10+ markets in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Previously she also worked for McKinsey focusing on the financial services and payments industry. Michelle received her BA in Public Health Studies and Applied Math & Statistics from Johns Hopkins University.
